Honoring And Celebrating Connections And Communities of Women: Connecting Boomers To Bloggers

What is the recipe for success when four generations enter the workforce with different values, expectations, and approaches? How do you navigate through the differences and reach common ground?

Join Misti Burmeister from 3:30 – 5:30 PM to learn the “Five Shifts to Common Understanding” to build relationships across generations. She’ll discuss how to work with the different generational needs, wants, and expectations. You’ll leave with the strategies and approaches to work more effectively and productively with your employees, bosses, and team members from different generations.

At 6 PM, join our candid and compelling panel discussion and hear stories from different generations about what they’ve learned and how they work with their peers and co-workers of other generations. You’ll have a chance to participate in large and small groups to hear how others address these issues and achieve results. Panel members include Angela Hamilton, Associate Partner of GALLUP Consulting; Rita Shor, Program Director, Brand, Council Conference Board, NYC; Danni Starr, Ms. MN International 2007 and B96 Radio personality; and Dawna Capps Evans, Regional Vice President at Traveler’s Insurance.
