What is it that good people, with positive energy, look for within companies and leaders that they are loyal to? Rather than go into detail of what I think or what the research shows, I went in search of their answers – I found and interviewed high achievers, with positive energy, and asked them what they are looking for. What makes them stay and stay engaged with you or your company?
