Racing through a jam-packed day, I hopped on my bike for a doctor’s appointment, squeezing it in before a whirlwind of activities. With my schedule tightly packed, any unforeseen delays could easily throw me off balance. Does this sound familiar?

As luck (or lack thereof) would have it, upon arrival, I discovered that I had been left off the schedule. Rather than succumb to frustration, I recalled a technique from therapy: openness and curiosity. As I stood there waiting to reschedule, my doctor came out and said, “Can you come back in 1 hour?” “Yes, I can!” I said, and then I jumped on my bike and road to Herring Point in Henlopen State Park – click here to see the video I captured while there.

Amidst the breathtaking scenery, the notion of “right timing” struck me. It dawned on me that there’s always a perfect moment for everything, if only we remain open and curious about each unfolding moment. This belief is further fortified by the conviction that everything is happening for me, propelling me to explore how it is for me.

When we deeply Believe that everything unfolds for our benefit and embrace the possibility of understanding its purpose, we unlock the power of allowing the right timing to reveal itself. This mindset diminishes stress and infuses life with more joy. And when we ponder the precise distance of the sun from Earth, warming it without scorching it, we’re reminded that some force is looking out for us too.

Ready to Embrace Openness and Curiosity in Your Life? Join me in exploring the transformative power of believing that everything unfolds for our benefit. Let’s allow the right timing to reveal itself and diminish stress, infusing life with more joy. Are you in?
