What is L3?

The Lewes Leadership Lunch is built on the idea that leaders grow best when they learn from each other. Each month, we host interactive luncheons featuring panel discussions, presentations, and facilitated conversations led by local leaders who share real-life insights, strategies, and stories.

The best part? Everyone contributes. The only “cost” beyond lunch is your willingness to share your own leadership journey at some point — whether through a presentation, panel discussion, or simply participating in a rich conversation.

• When: Second Thursday of every month at 12:00
• Cost: $45 per person (includes lunch and supports a local nonprofit)

L3 is about connection, not credentials. It’s where real conversations about leadership happen — no titles required.

Misti Burmeister

Hi, I’m Misti, the founder of the Lewes Leadership Lunch. As an award-winning executive coach and high-performance facilitator with over 20 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with many great organizations. One I’m especially proud of is the U.S. Navy, where I helped them address turnover challenges by listening to their sailors and improving communication, accountability, and leadership effectiveness.

I’m known for igniting engagement and transforming cultures — guiding leaders in building thriving, purpose-driven teams.
