About the Session
Every leader can point to a moment — a conversation, a crisis, a failure, a turning point — that changed how they lead.
This month’s Lewes Leadership Lunch explores those moments.
Nick Moriello will join us for a thoughtful, unscripted conversation about the experiences that shaped his leadership and the human side of the systems he’s led within.
We’ll explore:
• The moments that shape a leader
• What it really means to lead within complex systems
• The gap between what organizations intend — and what people actually experience
• How to stay connected to the human side when decisions affect real people
• What leadership looks like when it centers people, not just process
As with all L3 gatherings, this is not a lecture.
It’s a facilitated conversation designed to spark honest dialogue — with space for reflection, shared insight, and meaningful exchange among leaders across Southern Delaware.
You’ll leave with new perspective, language, and insight you can apply immediately within your work, your team, and your leadership.
