Before I do, let me share with you a quick story.

Just yesterday, I screamed at my wife in the middle of the street. This is not normal for us.

As I turned and walked away from her, she realized that I had the key for the house and asked me for it. 

I kept walking.

“Power and control. Power and control. Power and control.” are the words I heard echoing through my mind as I put one foot in front of the other creating distance between us.

By the grace of a power that be that’s greater than me, I was able to gather myself, turn around,  and catch up to her.

Understandably, she was not very happy.

This further strengthened my decision… The most important decision I will make in 2020.

“From here forward, my promise to you is to focus my attention on faith over fear. Our relationship over fear.”

In an instant, she calmed, and agreed to make the same decision. This changed everything for the positive for us.

Will you decide that the most important relationship is the one that you have with yourself?

Will you set good boundaries around your time and energy?

Will you help those around you to focus their time and energy? THIS is the most important action to take every day right now.
