Drawing from more than 30 years of leadership across parks and recreation, higher education, private wellness, and nonprofit executive roles, LoriKay brings a grounded, people-first lens shaped by building high-trust teams and mission-driven cultures.

LoriKay Paden is Community Vice President for the YMCA of Delaware, providing strategic and operational leadership for the Sussex Family YMCA and the Dover YMCA.
With over three decades of experience spanning public recreation, higher education, private wellness, and nonprofit executive leadership, LoriKay is known for developing strong teams, building collaborative partnerships, and aligning people, purpose, and performance for sustainable impact.
She is a regional and national presenter for Recreation, Sport, and Tourism organizations and YMCA of the USA, sharing practical strategies in leadership development, organizational growth, change management, and wellness.
Outside of her professional work, LoriKay and her husband Jimmy enjoy time with their new granddaughter, traveling, exploring local restaurants, and staying active outdoors.
